The second round of the IN SITU Social innovation Hub in Rijeka was launched on Wednesday, May 19th 2021.
By the end of July 2021, participants enrolled in the second round of the IN SITU Social innovation Hub in Rijeka had the opportunity to follow ten online workshops on the topics of Idea generation, understanding customers / users, market Understanding Tools, Business model, Project Thinking, Social entrepreneurship, Social entrepreneurship through social initiatives, Basic steps and tips for founding an association, Financial operations of associations and Business costs and expenses. More topics will follow in the following months.
Moreover, the first two communication and motivation workshops have been organised, whose main aim is to support and empower participants. The topics of the first two communication and motivation workshops were motivation and communication, and they were packed with useful info and tips and tricks on how to find intrinsic motivation, how to stay motivated in the long run as well as how to efficiently communicate!
But there was more! Four IN SITU TALKS were also organised. IN SITU TALKS are inspiring intergenerational online interviews with successful social entrepreneurs and social initiative establishers, in order to motivate IN SITU SIH RIJEKA participants and share knowledge. So far, participants enrolled in the second round of the IN SITU Social innovation Hub in Rijeka had the opportunity the mingle online with one social initiative, Art Mašina, and three entrepreneurs, Nocturiglow, Surf’n’Fires and Eston Teco. All these social innovation best practices are from Rijeka and are somewhat pioneers in their fields (education, health, food and fashion).
