In the last three years, IN SITU has developed regional programs, in which younger and older people looking for work are encouraged through training and mentoring units to develop their own business ideas and, ideally, to implement them. Through the cooperation of older and younger people, an intensive cross-generational exchange of experiences was possible. At the joint final conference of the six partner countries (Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Poland, Germany and Italy), we will present the project results, experiences (best practices) and developed social business ideas.
