After an introductory Kick off event, the Viennese participants of IN SITU training program came back together, to undertake the first steps on their way to social entrepreneurship. During a workshop prepared by Vienna Business agency and ÖSB Consulting, the participants had an opportunity to learn about different business models and see them applied on an example of social business.
Thanks to multiple interactive components of the workshop, the participants were able to directly apply the explained methods on their social innovative ideas and afterwards exchange about their progresses and/or ideas with the rest of the group.
This fruitful session resulted into great interest in further activities such as the exchange with pupils or presenting the projects at the INSITU fair.
According to Petra Kohles from VBA, “The first workshop was a great start into an idea development process, where the participants also became aware of their social and societal responsibility and can implement this into their business model at an early stage”.
We are looking forward to a productive summer and many other successful meetings.
